Esme & Scott’s evening wedding reception
The bride and groom, Esme and Scott tied the knot at St. George’s Hall earlier in the week. They decided to elope and have a quiet ceremony. The evening wedding reception was with all of their friends and family to celebrate their marriage.
Esme and Scott had their evening wedding reception at the Aigburth Peoples Hall in Liverpool. The venue is hidden away, next to Sefton Park. So much so, that I didn’t even know it was there. It’s a good venue for parties and events.
The bride asked me to film their evening wedding reception, as she wanted to capture all of the fun moments on the wedding video. It’s a great opportunity to film all of those great moments when all the family get together for a happy occasion.
Wedding video highlights
Esme’s mum sang the song for their first dance, as you can see on the short highlights video. This was a really personal, special moment that’s nice to have on the wedding film. The couples little boy, Lincoln, wanted to dance with his mum and dad too, which was really cute. It’s lovely to capture these moments on video, as they can be watched again when the kids get older.
The bride’s singing performance
It wasn’t only the bride’s mum that could sing but also Esme is an amazing singer too so she performed for all the wedding guests. You can watch a short clip of the performance below. I was blown away by her voice!
