Childwall Golf Club
The Childwall Golf Club in Liverpool was the setting for Simon and Jessica’s wedding reception. The bride and groom opted for not one wedding cake, but also for a cake made of cheese and a pork pie cake – amazing! Each wedding that I film has it’s own unique touches, which makes filming the day so special. All of the little details that have gone into the celebrations can be captured on camera and be remembered.
Wedding ceremony at St. George’s Hall
The wedding ceremony was held at St. George’s Hall’s Sefton Suite in the centre of Liverpool. It was a scorching hot day and the sun was beating down on us. Everyone thinks that this is great for the wedding photography and video but it’s actually better to have a slightly overcast day so that people aren’t squinting at the camera and the light is softer, creating less harsh shadows. However, the wedding film still looks great, as you can see below.
Childwall Golf Club teaser trailer & highlights
This teaser trailer was edited together so that it could be shared on social media, particularly Instagram. It gives the couple a taster of what was to come for their full wedding video edit. Lots of people like to share the teaser trailer with people on Instagram so they can see some of the wonderful moments. The highlights video is slightly longer, usually three minutes and edited to the first dance song. This includes snippets from the vows and speeches as well as all of the best parts of the day. My highlights videos tell the story of the day. They can be shared online so that newlyweds don’t have to pass around their precious wedding dvd or usb.
